Before joining Mr Chew’s lessons, I constantly struggled with physics throughout JC, often failing tests as I lacked the proper understanding of topics and lack of practice. However, his classes helped tackle all the problems i faced, clearing confusions and helping me understand almost every topic and this allowed me to achieve way better results and also even start liking the subject in general. To say his classes are good is probably an understatement(bro actually a life saviour) and I really urge everyone who is considering physics tuition to join him. 😀

I always look forward to each weekly lesson. They are not only super helpful but also genuinely enjoyable. Mr Chew explains even the hardest concepts so clearly that everything finally makes sense. There are also plenty of well-structured practices, so I always feel well-prepared and confident before tests. My understanding and interest in physics have improved so much!

Ever since sec sch my physics concepts have been weak. Thankfully mr chew was super patient and helped me patch up my foundation so that i can succeed doing jc physics! He goes the extra mile n makes us repeat whatever he said to internalise concepts better. Very bery lucky to have him as a teacher!!

I joined Mr Chew’s class from my friend’s recommendation and it has been very worthwhile doing so. I find his lessons very useful, especially the content summary ‘cheat sheets’ he guides us to create when learning a new topic, they have really allowed me to understand and revise concepts easily. Mr Chew is an exceptionally patient and dedicated Physics teacher. Before our practical exam, I asked him what might appear for the planning question, and he noticed the wave topic — which really did come out! I truly appreciate how he always takes the time to stay back after lessons to answer my endless questions, never once showing impatience. His explanations are clear, detailed, and encouraging, helping me understand difficult concepts like superposition and wave interference more deeply. What makes Mr Chew stand out is how genuinely he cares about his students’ learning. He doesn’t just teach to the syllabus; he makes sure we understand why things work, and he always motivates us to think scientifically. Update: Under the guidance of Mr chew throughout J2, he managed to pull my physics grade from just passing to a B in the A levels. Throughout my A level exams Mr chew was also a listening ear to my troubles and he always made sure to check up on me after each of my papers.
